Meet The Founder Behind The 100 Studs Standard

Tiffany "Tip" White

Before Tip built businesses, leadership programs, and financial growth communities, she had to fight through obstacles most people never see.

In and out of juvenile detention at a young age and carrying a felony before adulthood, Tip quickly learned that ambition alone does not erase barriers. When she moved to Atlanta in 2003, opportunities were limited, housing was difficult to secure, and the traditional path forward did not feel built for someone with her background.

There were no mentors.
No blueprint.
No rooms designed for people who looked like her.

So she built her own path.

Over the last 10+ years, Tip has built businesses, helped others launch and grow businesses, and developed strategies centered around financial leverage, credit, funding, leadership, and ownership. Her focus is not just on repairing credit.. but teaching people how to leverage it to create real opportunities and build something meaningful.

After investing thousands of dollars into mentorships, courses, coaching, and personal development, Tip combined real-world experience with practical financial education to create a system designed to help others move faster, smarter, and with more structure than she had access to herself.

That vision became The 100 Studs Standard.
